1. Agreement to Terms

5.3 Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and are not retroactive. We are not responsible for expired or invalid promotional codes.

5.4 Sale items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. Clearance and final sale items are marked accordingly and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.4 Free shipping offers apply only to standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders are excluded from free shipping promotions.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

7.2 A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without proper documentation may be delayed or declined.

7.3 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7.4 Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or missing components will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
